You need to install following things(Just Download them and put it to gta directory)

After installed dependencies, now you can download this cheat.
Firstly you have to install this one https://www.blast.hk/attachments/58564/ (This file contains some map and config files)
Then you can use newer version (https://www.blast.hk/attachments/109074/) by replacing .sf file with old one
